Why I Chose Backun
"When studying the bass clarinet, you often encounter two obstacles: air management, which often acts as a "blockage", and response in faster passages, which can sometimes be a little heavy. Backun does not have this problem. It is a perfect instrument in terms of air flow and extremely comfortable and high-performing from an ergonomic point of view.
The sound, which is what I care about most, is incredibly warm, deep and rich in harmonics. This makes it an extremely versatile instrument, suitable for any sound and musical genre.
Playing the bass has never been so easy. Try it for yourself. "
