About
Li Kaipeng is a member of Communist Party of China, a master’s degree holder, the Secretary of Youth League Committee and lecturer at Hexi University School of Music. Li joins several industrial organizations including member of China Musician Association Clarinet Society, Jiangsu Province Musician Association, and Gansu Province musician Association, and also holds the positions such as the board of Gansu Province Clarinet Association, deputy secretary general of Gansu Province Youth Musician Association Committee of Western Wind Instruments, board of Zhangye Musician Association and vice president and deputy secretary general of Zhangye Wind Instrument Society.
Li began to learn clarinet from an early age; after enrolled into Nanjing University of the Arts School of Music in 2004, Li studied with Professor Wang Zhenxian, who is the deputy president of China Clarinet Association. In June 2008, Li graduated and obtained a bachelor’s degree of Arts. Li has been teaching at Hexi University School of Music since 2009 and is responsible for lectures for clarinet, saxophone, and wind instrument rehearsal.

2004-2005 Principal Clarinetist of the symphony orchestra of Nanjing University of the Arts
July 2005 Accompanied the symphony orchestra to participated in Jiangsu Province University Student Arts Exhibition and won the Grand Prize. Then won the First Prize (professional division) at the National University Student Arts Exhibition
2005 Performed at the founding celebration party of Jiangsu Charity Federation
Nov. 2005-Nov. 2006 Accompanied the symphony orchestra and toured 40 shows around Jiangsu universities and colleges
